Electropneumatic Professional NAVTEC Systems, are designed and constructed to meet the applicable Rules of the major Maritime Classification Societies (DNV-GL / Lloyds Register / ABS /Bureau Veritas, etc.), and can be configured based on customers’ requirements and vessels’ particulars. A brief description follows:

Alarm Monitoring System (AMS) is a trustworthy Marine Technology, developed to continuously monitor, supervise and display the operational parameters and alarms of the vessel’s main and auxiliary systems. It
is a Programmable Electronic System (PES)/Computer-Based System (CBS), which presents the real-time operational status of the connected systems, such as Main Engines, Diesel Generators, Steering Gear System, Fuel or Cargo Tank Level System, etc. (System Categories I, II or III, as they are defined in IACS E22. Rev.3).

ep8

Fuel Consumption Measuring System (FCMS) is a trustworthy Marine Technology developed to measuring fuel mass flow, temperature and density utilising Coriolis Flow meter technology, ensuring accurate detection of abnormalities in fuel supply to prevent unnecessary costs for operators. It is a Programmable Electronic System (PES) suitable to measure the fuel mass flow on both supply and return line of the respective consumer providing real-time data.

ep9

Navigation Lights Control & Operation System (NLCOS) is a trustworthy Marine Technology developed for controlling /switching on-off the vessel’s Marine lights (i.e., NUC lights and RAM lights) while presenting an automatic visual and audible warning in the event of a Marine light’s failure. It is a Programmable Electronic System (PES) suitable to be used in all types of ships (Tugboat, Container ships, Tankers, Passenger ships, Yachts, Double Ended Ferryboats etc.) over 12 meters long. The system’s module is configured in accordance with the customer’ s needs as well as vessel’ s type & length.

ep10

Manoeuvring Control & Operation System (MCOS) is a trustworthy Marine Technology developed for the remote control of Vessel’s Propulsion Diesel Engines which are connected through the main axis the propulsion shaft with fixed pitch propeller (FPP) or with controllable pitch propeller (CPP). It is a Programmable Electronic System (PES)/Computer Based System (CBS) suitable for manoeuvring vessels with a single or twin propulsion line – propellers and it is compatible with the most renowned Low, Medium and HighSpeed Marine Internal Combustion Engines. The system’s modules are configured in accordance with the customer’s needs and the remote propulsion maneuvering stations can be located in the center of the bridge, on the bridge wings, on the top bridge deck (for luxury yachts) and in Engine Control Room (ECR).

ep11

Steering Gear Control & Operation System (SGCOS) is a trustworthy Marine Technology developed for transmitting orders from the vessel’s Marine bridge to the steering gear power actuating system. It is a Programmable Electronic System (PES)/Computer-Based System (CBS) suitable for steering single or dual-rudder vessels which is compatible with the most power actuating steering systems (solenoid operated valves, frequency-controlled pumps/motor). The positions for handling the Steering Control & Operation System can be located in the center of the forward bridge, on the bridge wings, on the top bridge deck (for luxury yachts) and locally in the steering gear room.

ep12
