Electrical Installation Supervisor / Foreman

Electropneumatic S.A. is a technical company active in the maritime sector since 1983, based in Piraeus. The company specializes in ship electrical installations and automation systems.
Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor / Foreman to lead and coordinate our on-site technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in marine electrical projects, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward technical excellence and team performance.

Job Overview: The role involves managing and supervising technical teams in the field, ensuring proper execution of electrical installation works on vessels. Responsibilities include defining tasks, monitoring project timelines, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety measures for technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site electrical technicians
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of technical projects
• Interpret and apply electrical and automation drawings
• Oversee installation of electrical systems, automation panels, generators, and motors
• Maintain compliance with safety and company standards

Report project progress and technical issues to management

Required Qualifications:

• Degree from University (AEI/TEI) or Technical School
• Strong knowledge of electrical and automation schematics
• Hands-on experience in electrical installations and automation panels
• Experience with generators and motors
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the marine technical sector
• Leadership, organization, and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility for working hours and business travel when required
• Professional integrity, adaptability, and drive for continuous improvement
