Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Field Engineer with expertise in Electrical and Automation Systems to join our team.
Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Electrical/Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in marine automation systems for on-site work aboard vessels. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical and automation faults, as well as installing automation systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to manage diverse technical tasks while meeting project deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field (University/Technical Institute)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime sector
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead small teams when required
- Experience in marine technical projects
- Flexibility with working hours and travel availability for project needs
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization ability
- Excellent understanding of electrical drawings
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, Frequency Inverters, and familiarity with Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, and WinCC
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical software
- Professionalism, reliability, integrity, and attention to detail
