The company specializes in electrical installations and automation systems for vessels. Due to its dynamic growth, we are currently seeking for an Automation Designer with a strong background in electrical engineering and automation.
Job Overview: We are looking for a full-time Automation Designer with hands-on experience in automation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of electrical panel and automation system layouts.
This role involves close collaboration with the engineering, procurement, and technical departments, supporting projects from the design phase through to final implementation. It is a dynamic position that combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and creativity.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience and excellent command of design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical)
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and automation systems
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Professionalism, responsibility, and integrity
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Strong sense of initiative and commitment to professional growth
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the maritime or industrial sectors, will be considered an asset
